Is there a better LSAT on the horizon?
The Wall Street Journal looks at government succession plans, or the lack thereof.
And of course, happy Thursday!
Great article on the LSAT change. I really hope that this is just the beginning of looking at the admissions process and the process of law school as a whole. If there’s a better way to predict who will be a successful lawyer (whatever their definition for that is, and I’m curious about that) I’m all for that. But I wonder if there’s also a better way to train successful lawyers….
But Navah, what would we do with these years and years of tradition. Who cares if it’s ineffective, it’s tradition!
My apologies Adam, how could I be so foolish? Even though this system turns out the unhappiest professionals in America, there’s no reason we should look into how we do things to see if we can better educate and prepare our students for what they will encounter and how to make good choices. Hurrah tradition!!
Maybe people are depressed when they leave law school because law school was so awesome and now it’s over.
